How to file a complaint
Cover all the relevant points but be as brief as you can.

Gather information - Collect all relevant details about the incident, including dates, times, names of individuals involved, and any evidence you have (e.g., photos, documents).

Write a complaint - Prepare a written complaint outlining the facts, the issue you're raising, and any relevant supporting documents.

File the complaint - Submit the complaint to the appropriate CHED office, either in person, by mail, or CHED official Complaint Website.

Follow up - Keep a record of your complaint and follow up with the relevant office to inquire about the status of your case.
